  • Using rudimentary transportation to deliver humanitarian aid to hard-to-reach areas

Khabar Khair (Only Good News) 

The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) stated in a tweet that teams are still tracking and providing rapid humanitarian assistance to newly displaced people in the remote Al-Rayyan area of the Al-Jawf Governorate’s desert, using primitive modes of transportation such as camels to reach areas that are difficult to reach due to  the conflict, ruggedness, and lack of access. Roads to bring life-saving relief to persons in need in these areas. This support was provided by the European Commission, the Central Emergency Response Fund and the Humanitarian Fund for Yemen.
