Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

In mid-October, King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), in cooperation with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), provided basic foodstuffs and shelter materials for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Taiz. The aid was provided as part of “Provision of Shelter and Basic Relief Materials to Support Displaced Families and Needy Groups in Yemen Project.”

The project benefited 2,920 IDPs in different areas in Taiz governorate, namely Al-Shamayatayn, Al-Mudhaffar, Al-Mawasit, Al-Ma’afer, Al-Qahira, Mocha, Mawza, Jabal Habashi, Al-Misrakh, and Dhubab. The project aims to reduce the living burdens on the displaced families in all parts of Yemen.
