Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

The Local Corporation for Water and Sanitation in Aden received electrical transformers provided by the United Arab Emirates (UAE) through Al-Mihdhar International Company. The grant included two electric transformers with a capacity of 3 megawatts for Bir Nasser and Bir Ahmed fields, and 8 electric step-down transformers distributed over three water fields.

This grant is part of the infrastructure support projects, which contribute to strengthening and stabilizing the electric power capacity to operate the water fields in Aden.

The Director General of the Local Corporation for Water and Sanitation in Aden, Eng. Mohammad Bakhbira, appreciated the efforts made by the UAE to improve the productivity of pumps and enhance water service in the districts of Aden Governorate.
