Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

The United Nations (UN) mentioned that it allocated $44 million to address the catastrophe of torrential rains and floods that Yemen is currently witnessing, which impacted hundreds of thousands of citizens.

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs “OCHA” in the country mentioned in a recent report that the Yemen Public Health Fund allocated $44 million for the life-saving response.

The UN stated that its plan for humanitarian aid in Yemen for 2022 was funded by international donors with only $1.3 billion, less than 26 percent of the required amount of $4.27 billion.
