Issa Salem bin Yaqut, known as the Sheikh of the Sheikhs of Socotra, announced that the Sultanate of Oman has generously granted twenty scholarships to the people of Socotra Governorate. These scholarships, offered through the Omani Charity Organization, cover a range of essential specializations, and are expected to have a significant positive impact on the province.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the people of the Socotra archipelago, Sheikh Bin Yaqut tweeted his appreciation to the leadership of Oman for its ongoing support and generosity. The recent scholarships provided to the children of Socotra are just the latest example of Oman’s commitment to help improve the lives and opportunities for the people of this region.
