Khabar Khair (Only Good News)

Funded and overseen by the Balad Al-Khair Charity Organization- Kuwait, in partnership with Roya’a Hospital for Ophthalmology and Retinal Surgery, in Seiyun city, HUMAN ACCESS in Wadi Hadramawt conducted 65 operations to remove cataracts, using the Phaco technique, as part of the Eye Surgeries Project.

The project targets low-income families from all areas of Wadi Hadramawt. All medical services under this project are provided for free, including lab tests, lens implantation, medications, and glasses.

Due to the increased cases of cataracts, HUMAN ACCESS, during the current year, carried out 120 surgeries to remove cataracts from patients, in partnership with many donors.
